The signatory is aware that this document constitutes an enforcible title of the previous obligation, provided for in paragraph b) of Article 12(2), pursuant to paragraph 4 of the same article of Law 23/07 of July 4, amended and republished by Law 29/2012 of August 9.

The signatory is aware that, in the circumstances in which the above-mentioned foreign citizen enters the National Territory, he/she is not allowed to engage in any professional activity, whether remunerated or not, because, under Law 23/07 of 04 July, amended and republished by Law 29/2012 of 09 August, only holders of an appropriate visa or Residence Permit may pursue a professional activity.

The signatory also notes that favouring or facilitating the irregular entry of a foreign citizen into national territory constitutes a crime to aid illegal immigration, punished by law under Article 183 of the aforementioned legal act.
